An AirForce document proves that 58-1837 crashed at the storage and disposal center, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ on 23 Oct 1962 
Known is that the FAA intended to use a number of Huskies for testing , this N612 could have been part of such an operation. (the registration is similar to those used by  FAA operated aircraft) 
The airframe with "N612" printed on it, was transferred to the New England Air Museum, Bradley IAP, Windsor Locks, CT (seen there in March 1976)
The tailbooms, with "N612" were seen at the K-Tech yard, Tucson, AZ during  Jan 2004
The airframe was seen in store at the shop of the New England Air Museum on 5 Aug 2006 		-
