Add by Ragay :  the above picture was published again in Rotor Tips Nov-Dec 1971-page 11 , this time the serial number on the aircraft was visible - 24511 - one assigned to DET.9 based at Pleiku AB. This second picture is reprinted below. Even more interesting is the next picture with accompanying description, published in Rotor Tips March-April 1969-page 18.  All pictures very much look like to have been taken during the same mission : September 1966.
